I’ve been using a nifty feature of Google called the Google alert. This is a keyword or phrase you can set up and Google will email you any time the word is mentioned on blogs. For some words obviously you’d get a lot of emails (though Google’s design of “conversations” means they get appended into previous emails, making a thematic email).
So here are this morning’s Google blog alerts for cartography. They provide a nice (and random) selection of what people are saying about cartography:
